

Tori O'Daniel, MD, FACOG

Dr. Tori O’Daniel is a Board-Certified OB/GYN who has been practicing since 2010. For the past 11 years she has been an OB/GYN Hospitalist in OKC, Oklahoma. She began her training at the Medical University of Ohio, in Toledo. She then completed a four-year OB/GYN residency in Asheville, North Carolina at Mountain Area Health Education Center (MAHEC) and was elected Chief Resident her final year. Dr. O’Daniel is the Medical Director for the OB Hospitalists and Women’s Services, and the Physician Operation Leader for Women’s Health Services at Mercy Hospital. As an OBGYN Hospitalist she found her passion for teaching and education and currently instructs educational classes and facilitates the OB Emergency Simulations for the nurses and physicians within her department. She’s continued to grow in leadership and is actively involved in the Society of OB/GYN Hospitalists (SOGH). She Co-Chaired the Simulation committee in years 2020 & 2021, Co-Chaired the annual clinical meeting in years 2022 & 2023, and she still facilitates simulations at SOGH each year. Dr. O’Daniel currently serves as an officer on the Board of Directors. Dr. O’Daniel further fulfills her passion by advocating for women’s health and safety by actively teaching across the country teaching 5-step Vacuum Assisted Vaginal Delivery, as well as intrauterine vacuum device for postpartum uterine atony.
