Nick Wilson, MD
Hospitalist
Dr. Nick Wilson grew up in a small town in West Texas and earned his undergraduate degree in Chemistry and Religion from Wayland Baptist University. He received his medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in Lubbock, Texas, and completed a four-year residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Texas Tech Paul L. Foster School of Medicine in El Paso, Texas.
Dr. Wilson began practicing in 2010 and transitioned to hospital-based obstetrics in 2012. In 2024, he joined Ascension St. John Hospital as an OB/GYN Hospitalist. His clinical interests focus on evidence-based strategies to reduce the rate of Cesarean delivery and to enhance the safety and quality of the birthing process. While practicing, he completed all but the thesis for a Master of Arts in Sexuality and Religion through the Pacific School of Religion and Chicago Theological Seminary.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Wilson enjoys playing the piano and organ and is an avid watercolor artist.
