Laura Gainey, MD

Dr. Laura Gainey is a highly qualified physician with an extensive academic foundation in the sciences. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Oklahoma, where she attended from 2004 – 2007. Dr. Gainey earned her M.D. and Ph.D. in Neuroscience at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA, completing her studies in 2017. She then attended Zucker School of Medicine in New York where she furthered her training with a Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Gainey practiced at Variety Care and Northwest Obstetrics and Gynecology, where she committed to advancing women's health in Oklahoma from 2021 - 2024.  She started working for OBHWS in 2024. In her spare time Dr. Gainey enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs.
