Robert Thomas, MD

Dr. Robert Thomas spent 6 years in the Navy prior to college, operating a nuclear reactor on a submarine. He attended Rockhurst University and studied biology before pursuing his medical degree at the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Thomas completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Akron General Medical Center. Upon finishing his residency, he began his professional career at Integris Grove Hospital from 2004 – 2012. Dr. Thomas then started working at Intermountain Healthcare at both Park City Medical Center and Herber Valley Medical Center. He then returned to Integris Grove Hospital in 2013 where he continued to demonstrate his unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services to the community. He started working at OBHWS in 2024 where he has been an essential asset to the team. Dr. Thomas is married to his wife, Ashley, who is a nurse practitioner and together they have 5 children. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, running/hiking, and being around his family.
